I have a specific health related question/need advice, where should I go?

The Gut Feelings subscriber chat is a wonderful place to start!

We have thousands of incredible people in the Gut Feelings family, all who have dealt with similar experiences. If you’re looking for advice or perspectives from people who’ve been there, this chat can be an amazing place to start. Just keep in mind that while many here are incredibly knowledgeable, we’re not a substitute for professional medical advice.

I also do monthly deep-dive Q&A’s with my paid subscriber community, you can find the thread to ask the questions monthly in the subscriber chat!!

Where can I find the recipe Ella just posted on Instagram?

I have tons of free recipes available on my Instagram page, but if you don’t see the recipe there – you will find it on my Gut Feelings substack!

If you navigate to Gut Feelings on your computer dashboard, on the top you will see the categories, “Recipes” & “Meal Shortcuts” – you can search within each category and you will find the recipe there!!

I would like anonymous advice, where should I submit?

For the quickest response, I recommend joining Gut Feelings as a paid subscriber, and submitting a question in the monthly Q&A thread.

You can also submit an anonymous question at glowhotline@gmail.com. I will eventually do an advice segment on my podcast answering those questions.

Why the name “Gut Feelings”?

To this day the most important thing I have learned is to listen to my gut. Over time, I lost my intuition, I began to distrust my body and live in fear. Part of that was years of being told nothing was wrong with me. Another part of that was not living true to myself, or being told to fear certain foods. All of this only made my symptoms worse. YOU know yourself the best. Your body is ALWAYS trying to tell you something. Your body is smart. Tune in. Listen to your body. Get rid of all the noise.

I believe a lot of us are disconnected from our bodies and our minds. We do things just going through the motions and forget the reason behind WHY we are doing what we do. Sometimes that may look like setting an early alarm, looking at the phone first thing, making a cup of coffee and then rushing out to work for the day - waking up with stress and ending the day with exhaustion dreading the morning where it has to be done all over again. Living for the weekend to drink and forget until Monday morning. I’ve been here. This is no way to live! Reconnection with intention and tuning into your body, your mind, your gut feelings, is the number one step to healing and living a better life.

My mission is to help you tune back into your body and find ways to feel your best and optimize your health. To inspire you to reconnect with your body and tune into your GUT FEELINGS!
