Welcome friends!
I’m Ella – so glad you are here.
A little about me... For years, I struggled with gut, hormone and brain fog issues, bouncing from doctor to doctor, cutting out foods, and searching for answers outside myself.
It felt like nothing changed no matter what I tried — until I stopped chasing external fixes and started tuning in to my own body instead.
My journey really began when I found holistic health and natural healing. I rebuilt trust within myself. I let go of fear around food and chose nourishment over restriction. I embraced wellness as something that feels freeing — not stressful. I reconnected with the simple, beautiful things that make life feel full: food made with love, time spent in nature, and the joy of simply being. And in doing so, I began to heal.
Somewhere along the way, we’ve been taught that health is about avoiding all the “bad.” But the truth is, fear and stress do more damage than the things we’re so afraid of. What if, instead of constantly worrying, we just lived? What if we tuned out the noise, trusted our intuition, and made choices based on what truly brings us joy and peace?
Your blueprint for feeling your best
Gut Feelings is my weekly newsletter where I share everything I’ve learned about holistic health. I dive into the taboo sides of wellness, from personal lessons to the practices that actually make a difference (and the ones that don’t) — plus my favorite seasonal recipes.
It’s also a community space, where we can ask questions, swap experiences, and support each other in figuring out what actually works and feels right in our own lives.
I have found so many people who relate to the issues I have dealt with, which is why this community has become so meaningful. This space is here to remind you that wellness isn’t about control, it’s about freedom. It’s about tuning into yourself, adding in what nourishes you, and letting go of the stress that holds you back. Because wellness isn’t rooted in fear — it’s rooted in joy and abundance.
We don’t want to stop enjoying our lives just so that we can be healthy – we want to be healthy so that we can enjoy our lives. Check out my newsletter, Gut Feelings, for more!
XO, Ella
